Poha can cook as well!

I'm trying to eat healthier (*try* being the operative word) and I had a wonderful orzo salad with my sandwich on Sunday, so I made my own version. It's got orzo pasta, black beans, feta cheese, zucchini, grape tomatoes, red onions, spinach tossed with Kraft fat-free caesar italian dressing and finished with a drizzle of flax seed oil and black pepper. It's yummy and light!
