Journal - Day 38 of January 2018 Whole30 - dairy reintro

I reintroduced dairy today! I am just way too excited when reintroducing foods.

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with tomatoes, onions, spinach along with a Brown Cow Whole Milk Maple Yogurt (5.3 ounces).
Lunch: 2 ounces of Keen's mature farmhouse cheddar (raw milk) with chili, side of kale salad with dump ranch.
Dinner: small portions as I wasn't very hungry. 1 ounce cream cheese, tomato confit, roasted broccolini.

I tried to pick "healthier" dairy options, like the whole milk yogurt from Brown Cow as well as the raw milk cheese. I didn't feel any effects like I did with the legumes, maybe a little more tummy rumbling and associated gas XD but it wasn't very long lasting. That's why I had a small meal for dinner, just to get a little more dairy in. I felt a little lethargic and headache-y, but I tend to be lazy on Sundays, so I don't feel like I can blame it all on the dairy. The chili with cheese was so delicious though, as well as the yogurt (that was probably in part due to the sugar!). I will be more mindful of my symptoms over the next two days to see how dairy may have affected me.
