Journal - Day 29 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: Leftover root vegetables, 2 hard boiled eggs, guacamole.
Lunch:  2 Aidell's chicken apple sausages, peppers and onions, roasted root vegetables.
Dinner: Cold ginger chicken, broccoli, roasted root vegetables.

NSV: I was not tempted at all by the donuts I brought in, they actually smelled too sweet and greasy, so it was more of a "yuck" reaction than a "yum".

Cravings: 8

I cooked a bunch last night! A few friends were leaving the old workplace, so I baked a cheesecake for them. Since the oven was on, I headed the sausages and onions on a sheet pan, and packed it up. Workout was rough, and I forgot my preworkout snack, so I had a little more chicken at dinner. I'm glad I planned ahead and packed my food.
