Journal - Days 39 & 40 of January 2018 Whole30 (post dairy reintro)

Day 1 Food:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/3 cup butternut squash, 1/3 cup roasted broccolini, 1/3 cup tomato confit, Wholly Guacamole mini cup.
Lunch: Cold lunch! 3 ounces of proscuitto, 1/2 cup dump ranch, cucumbers, baby carrots.
Dinner: Steak, roasted broccolini, butternut squash.

Day 2 Food:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/3 cup butternut squash, 1/3 cup roasted broccolini, 1/3 cup tomato confit, Wholly Guacamole mini cup.
Lunch: Leftover salmon, potatoes, dressing.
Dinner: cod, bok choy,

Day 1 observations:
Day after dairy reinto. I had a harder time falling asleep last night, but I did have a short nap in the afternoon. I'm feeling a little brain fog this morning, but mood seems to be OK.

Day 2 observations:
Woke up with one big zit and 3 little ones. HMMM. Brain fog seems gone, no headaches, but a little more moody (not much).

I think I will have to do more experimentation with dairy to see if I can handle this! I really like it, so I will have to decide if it's worth it. This giant zit is definitely not worth it right now! But maybe some cheesy entree will be worth it.
