Breakfast: Leftover root vegetables, 2 hard boiled eggs, guacamole.
Lunch:  Cold ginger chicken salad, pear.
Dinner:  Rotisserie chicken salad with balsamic dressing.

Energy: 7
Sleep Quality: 7
Cravings: 8

I wrote out my reintroduction plan and picked what foods I want to try (as well as to remember to purchase). It doesn't seem so scary now! I prepped my food for Friday and Saturday, so feeling good! I'm so glad I like eggs...
