Journal - Days 42 & 43 of January 2018 Whole30 (post gluten grains reintro)

Day 1 Food:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, guacamole, roasted broccolini, butternut squash, tomto confit.
Lunch: Leftover cod with bok choy, spinach.
Dinner: nomnompaleo's pot sticker stir-fry (so good!!)

Day 2 Food:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, guacamole, roasted broccolini, butternut squash, tomto confit.
Lunch: Leftover nnp pot sticker stir-fry.
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg, nnp pot sticker stir-fry. (hey, I told you I liked this)

Day 1 observations:
I'm still in a bad mood the morning after gluten introduction yesterday. My stomach still hurts as well. I'm very glad to be back on Whole30 for the next few days, I feel like I should stretch out my Whole30 days a bit longer, to recover from this gluten reaction. I finally felt better at dinnertime (no stomach pains) so that was a relief.

Day 2 observations:
I'm feeling much better today, physically and mentally. I am definitely going to avoid gluten as much as possible, and try to limit how much I have, when I do choose to have gluten, because it's worth the side effects. I forgot (again) to have my pre-workout snack. I think my food for today was on the small side, so I felt it in my workout.

Now... on to Food Freedom!
