Journal - Day 17 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: leftover roasted vegetables (including sweet potatoes), two fried eggs, guacamole.
Lunch: skipped, took a nap
Dinner: steak, romaine lettuce salad with balsamic dressing and marinated onions by nocrumbsleft.

What went well today: Lots of sleep!
What could have gone better: Didn't prep much.
What I'll do tomorrow: Strive for better sleep.

NSV: Took care of myself today by napping. Didn't stress about chores or food prep because I know I have food in the freezer.

Sleep Quality: 7
Cravings: 8

I made sure I gave myself plenty of time to rest, but feeling a little nervous because I didn't spend the whole day cooking. Trying to reassure myself that it's OK because I have a lot of food in the freezer (cooked and uncooked).
