Journal - Day 25 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: Leftover root vegetables, 2 hard boiled eggs, guacamole.
Lunch: Leftover kalua pig and cabbage, quarter cup coconut flakes.
Dinner: Leftover beef broccoli. (wasn't too hungry)

Energy: 7
Sleep Quality: 8
Cravings: 5

Still a little crave-y for sweets, but trying to ignore the sugar dragon and move along. I was a little tired today, but I survived. Lots of busy work to do, so that was helpful. Dinner time ended up being a little frantic by cutting the last sweet potato to roast for breakfast vegetables, along with making the ginger sauce for my chicken tomorrow. It's nice to have the even energy, I don't feel the need for a 3PM snack (even when it was healthy protein and fruit or not healthy of some chocolate). I want to carry this forward, so it's important to focus and practice.
