Journal - Day 22 of January 2018 Whole30
Breakfast: two egg frittata muffins (protein & veg), guacamole (fat).
Lunch: Cold lunch! Sugar snap peas (microwaved for about a minute), carrots, prosciutto, homemade ranch.
Dinner: Leftover pork with root vegetables and green beans.
Sleep Quality: 5
Cravings are back, just for "normal" food. Even though I generally make it easy on myself with batch cooking and leftovers, I just really want to go downstairs and get a bento or some Korean or local food. But being over halfway done, I don't want to quit now!.
