Journal - Day 14 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: two egg frittata muffins (protein & veg), guacamole (fat)
Lunch: mixed Asian greens (veg), balsamic dressing (fat), tuna (protein) salad with mayo (fat) and celery (veg), small Fuji apple (carb)
Dinner: Whole30 Fast and Easy Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Roasted Vegetables

What I'll do tomorrow: 

NSV: I feel I can confidently say that my skin is clear. I'm shocked!

Energy: 6
Sleep Quality: 7 (but not enough last night)
Cravings: 7

Going to skip the small apple at lunch today to see if that is what could have possibly made me more hungry yesterday afternoon. My friend suggested changing to berries instead of apples, but that's a little hard here in Hawaii and in the winter time, but I'll see what I can find. I also know that berries don't last as long, so that's a toss-up.
OK, so skipping the apple didn't help at lunch, I was still hungry around 4PM. I will keep tweaking to see what helps.
