Journal - Day 20 January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: two egg frittata muffins (protein & veg), guacamole (fat).
Lunch: Blackened salmon with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, olives, guacamole.
Dinner: Chicken breast with green beans, coconut flakes mixed with almond butter and a sprinkle of walnuts.

What went well today: Stayed on plan even though I ate out!
What could have gone better: Even though it was compliant, I used the coconut flakes as dessert.
What I'll do tomorrow: Prep my Friday AND Saturday food.

NSV: Still working it, but getting tired.

I'm definitely getting bored with the cooking and cleaning again, but I'm glad I'm able to keep up. Need to get to bed earlier, but I think I'm doing OK with managing it as my sleep quality is good. I have a big eczema breakout on my hand, but it's not from diet, it's from a waterproof Band-Aid. Ugh. I tried to cover up my burn to get it to heal, and now I have the burn surrounded in with a one inch swathe of eczema blisters. Trying some OTC stuff before I go to the doctor because I really don't want steroids. Yuck.
