Journal - Day 16 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: two egg frittata muffins (protein & veg), guacamole (fat)
Lunch: My Whole30 chili, olives, coleslaw, green beans, half an apple.
Dinner: Leftover smorgasbord - pork loin, green beans, chicken drumstick, coleslaw.

What went well today: Stayed compliant.
What could have gone better: Mindless (yet compliant) snacking when hungry.
What I'll do tomorrow: Sleep lots.

NSV: I learned the importance of good sleep to fend off the dragons.

I am so tired today! Saturdays are generally my tired day, and while I like what I do, it can be somewhat monotonous, so I know I have the munchies. I brought extra fat in the form of coconut flakes so I could have something mildly sweet, but I found myself nibbling on them after lunch even though I wasn't hungry. I even took out my DNX bar as an "OK" to have a snack, but I was really full after lunch, so I put both away in my backpack so I wouldn't see it.
