Journal - Day 24 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: fried egg, root vegetables, Aidell's basil sausage.
Lunch: Pretty much skipped lunch because I was out running errands, but I did have half a DNX bar and half a package of macadamia nuts (leftover from yesterday).
Dinner: nom nom paleo's pressure cooker kalua pig and cabbage.

Energy: 6
Sleep Quality: 8
Cravings: 7

I'm still craving chocolate and the urge to cook different but normal foods. Bread, croissants, chocolate peanut butter cups are all calling me! If you don't have an Instant Pot, I recommend that you get one! I read today that cravings can come back because we're in the final stretch. I have to remember that I wanted to do Whole30 to start clean, before I started a keto (possibly paleo/primal lifestyle). I notice I feel good on sweet potatoes, some fruit, but it doesn't increase my sugar cravings, but I really do want to lose weight, so I wanted to try keto first.
