Journal - Day 23 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: two egg frittata muffins (protein & veg), guacamole (fat).
Morning snack: half a DNX bar and half a small package of macadamia nuts.
Lunch: Chicken salad with celery, Primal Foods mayo. Mixed green salad with lemon juice, side of olives.
Dinner: Meatballs with garlic coconut aminos (kind of like teriyaki sauce), sugar snap peas, roasted root veggies.

Energy: 4
Sleep Quality: 5
Cravings: 7


I really am craving chocolate. I can resist, but it's strange that the cravings are so strong. Maybe because I'm nearing the end so I can "indulge" soon. But not really, the reintroduction is ten days (or longer, depending what you reintroduce). Just need to get more sleep so it's not such a challenge to resist.
