Journal - Day 21 of January 2018 Whole30

Breakfast: two egg frittata muffins (protein & veg), guacamole (fat).
Lunch: Leftover beef broccoli with cauli rice, strawberries, a quarter cup of coconut flakes. Had a La Croix in the afternoon, but I really don't like those, but I do like the bubbles.
Dinner: Chicken breast with green beans, coconut flakes mixed with almond butter and a sprinkle of walnuts.

What went well today: Got two walks in (walking in Costco for vegetables counts, right?)
What could have gone better:  I could have more confidence in myself and eat out.
What I'll do tomorrow: Remember to eat my pre-workout turkey snack.

I will have to look up some recipes this weekend, or maybe tomorrow night so I can plan what to cook on Sunday. I've got tomorrow and Saturday's food packed. I got out "Food Freedom Forever" to try to start reading it. I will take it to my hair appointment on Sunday, maybe I'll have a chance to read it. I was a little crave-y today, I wasn't hungry, so I knew it was the snack dragons. Strange that they're putting up a fight after so many days!
